Numerous HR-professionals and Executives of Styria's companies participated.
Participants were given a profound overview of the current situation on the labour market and future trends by the 4 experts. Crucial topics turned out to be the demographical development as well as the lack of qualified employees for technical professions.
+ Ms Steiner pointed out the importance of elder employees in general and that of women for technical professions.
+ Ms Mag. Krassnitzer emphasized the demands employees will face in future.
+ Mr DI Nöhrer gave a statistical review of the current situation and future development of Styria's polytechnic graduates.
+ Mr Dr. Hansl underlined above all the company's internal potential of qualified employees, which barely is exploited in most cases.
