As pioneer in the regions CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) and SEE (Southern and Eastern Europe), HILL begins to open offices in the most important former Eastern Bloc countries shortly after the lifting of the Iron Curtain. First offices are founded in Hungary and Russia..
The sole proprietorship is converted into a limited liability company, HILL Ges.m.b.H., with Christine Hill as the managing director.
1990
Since then, HILL has been accompanying numerous multinational enterprises in the developing markets of Central Eastern Europe and South-Eastern Europe. Formations in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia-Montenegro & Macedonia (former Yugoslavia) follow.

HILL Bulgaria is founded.
